Grandview's success today is due to the team effort from everyone within our company. All positions and roles play their very own important part in our operation. We are very proud of all our employees and grateful for the dedication they continually display every day.
Some of our employees have been working with Grandview for over 50 years now! We endeavor to find good employees, and to keep them. To achieve this Grandview strives to treat all our employees respectfully, fairly and recognize their hard work and dedication.

Temporary Foreign Workers
In addition to our Canadian workforce, we also complement our team by recruiting immigrant workers with the government’s Temporary Foreign Worker Program (TFWP). This makes us a very diverse crew, coming from all corners of the world. Canadian Agriculture avails of the TFWP and in this Grandview is no different to its counterparts. Our diverse workforce has enhanced our knowledge and skill base bringing expertise from varies parts of the world.
